Delivery Information

At Glooify, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. We keep a large range of products in stock for immediate dispatch. For in-stock items, you can select your preferred delivery date at checkout (available for most UK postcodes). If an item is out of stock, our team will contact you with an estimated delivery date once it becomes available.

Free Delivery is offered on all orders within the UK mainland. Orders are delivered using our own vehicles or trusted couriers, with no hidden charges. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation and an estimated delivery date within 24 hours.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please notify us of any access issues, parking restrictions, or narrow entryways. Kindly make sure the delivery area is clear and accessible. Please note, for health and safety reasons, we cannot remove old beds, mattresses, or sofas.

Delivery Times

  • Deliveries to apartments/flats will be made to the building lobby only.
  • Saturday deliveries may be available on select products (extra surcharge applies).
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary during busy holiday periods.
  • All items are self-assembly unless otherwise stated.
  • Free delivery applies to one drop per order; split deliveries may incur extra charges.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Jersey, or Channel Islands.

Northern Ireland Deliveries

We proudly deliver bed frames, mattresses, and sofas to Northern Ireland through our local courier.

  • Delivery surcharge: £100 (must be selected at checkout).
  • Delivery timeline: 7–10 days (similar to mainland UK).
  • Please note: We do not currently provide fitting services or cash-on-delivery options in Northern Ireland.

Restricted Delivery Areas

We currently do not deliver to offshore islands or the Channel Islands.
Extra courier charges apply to specific postcodes including: AB, BN, BH, CT, DT, DD, DG, EX, FK, IV, KA, KW, KY, NR, PA, PH, PL, SA, TD, TR, TQ, and Isle of Wight.
All standard deliveries are ground floor doorstep only, unless fitting has been pre-booked.


Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery (in line with UK distance selling regulations).

Items must be unused, free from defects, and returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on mattresses once unsealed or furniture that has already been assembled.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund (minus any applicable shipping costs).

Returns Procedure

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and product details.
  2. You can return the goods directly to our warehouse, or we can arrange collection (minimum cost £150, deducted from refund).
  3. Refunds will be processed once the returned item passes inspection.

Please note: Many of our products are custom-made to order. Therefore, this policy does not apply to bespoke sizes or specially tailored items.
